About

CNA Training Directory is an independent directory created to help prospective nursing assistants find and compare training options across the United States. We organize publicly available school and program information into a consistent format so visitors can spend less time searching across many websites and more time comparing the details that matter.

What you can do here

Visitors can browse CNA schools by state, search for CNA training near them, compare selected listings, and review information about tuition, schedules, learning formats and student support. The directory also includes online CNA program listings when the source information does not identify a physical campus.

Our goal is to support an informed shortlist—not to choose a school for you. Program availability, nurse aide training requirements, admission standards, tuition and certification rules can change. Visitors should request current information and confirm important details with the institute and the appropriate state authority before enrolling.

How the directory is prepared

Listing information is compiled from public institute websites, program pages and other publicly accessible sources. Data is reviewed and organized before publication. A “Yes” means that an option was found in the reviewed material. “Not confirmed” means we did not confirm it from that material; it does not necessarily mean the school does not provide the option.

Each physical campus receives its own listing only when useful location information is available. Campuses belonging to the same institute are connected, while duplicate records are checked using permanent listing identifiers. When CNA program information appears to apply across an institute rather than a particular location, the page identifies it as institute-wide information.

You can read the complete process on our How Information Is Collected page.

Independence and lead requests

CNA Training Directory is not a nursing school, accrediting organization, licensing board or government agency. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, ranking or guarantee of eligibility, approval or program quality.

When a visitor submits a request for program information, CNA Training Directory may respond directly or share the request with the selected institute or suitable participating schools, as explained beside the form. This does not turn the request into a school application, and a listing does not automatically indicate a paid relationship.

Accuracy and accountability

We aim to make CNA and nursing assistant program information easier to understand, but public information can become outdated. Listings show an information review date where available. Visitors and institute representatives can report a correction, and authorized representatives can request to claim a listing. Proposed changes are reviewed before publication.
