Where listing information comes from
Directory facts are compiled from public institute websites, official public profiles, publicly available program pages, and reviewed data prepared for CNA Training Directory. Information is imported only after the directory owner reviews the spreadsheet tranche.
One page for each physical campus
Each public listing represents one physical campus. A permanent listing identifier prevents duplicate campus pages, while an institute identifier connects locations belonging to the same organization.
Publication checks
A record must be marked ready for the website and identify a physical campus before it is published. Records requiring a location review remain unpublished. When program information was found only at institute level, the campus page labels it as institute-wide information and asks visitors to confirm that it applies at that location.
How facts are displayed
Yes means the option was found in the reviewed source information. Not confirmed means it was not confirmed in that material; it does not necessarily mean the institute does not offer it. Tuition, schedules, support, and admission details can change, so visitors should request current information before deciding.
Descriptions, images, and updates
Program descriptions are prepared from reviewed source material instead of copying institute marketing text. Approved institute images may be processed for consistent website display; otherwise a directory fallback image is used. Records are updated in reviewed tranches as new information becomes available, and each listing shows its information review date.
Corrections and listing claims
Institutes and visitors can submit a correction. An authorized institute representative can also request to claim a listing, but a claim does not automatically publish changes. Submitted updates remain subject to directory review.
