Information you choose to provide
When you request program information, ask for program matches, submit a correction, or claim a listing, we collect the details entered in that form. These may include your name, email address, optional phone number, location, program preferences, question, and the selected campus.
How the information is used
We use submitted information to respond to requests, maintain directory listings, prevent misuse, and improve the directory. A campus-specific request may be shared with the selected institute. A program-matching request may be shared with up to three participating schools that match the location and preferences submitted. A request is shared only within the consent shown on its form.
Service providers and technical records
Website hosting and security providers may process standard technical records needed to operate and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser information, and request time. We may also disclose information when legally required.
Storage and security
Submitted requests are stored privately in WordPress and retained as reasonably needed for follow-up, recordkeeping, security, and directory operations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The current launch version does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies. If these services are introduced, this policy and any necessary consent controls will be updated before activation.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by using the contact page. Listing information can also be addressed through the correction form.
Children and policy updates
This directory is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this notice when directory practices change.
